We have organized: Recognized Retired, and/or Senior First Responders, into a role as mentors for their professional peers. On mostly a volunteer basis, these mentors function as a support leader within their specialized class of service (i.e. Law Enforcement, Fire, E.M.T.).

Our mentors are equipped to recognize specific patterns of behavior in the person(s) they will be mentoring. Through life experience, field training, and solid long term relationships, the mentors provide Peer Support with open hearts and ears from those who have “been there,” to all First Responders friends in need.

Mentors are able to determine if the First Responder is in further need of professional counseling, are are able to make direct recommendations to the organization for additional professional services.
